
In ENG 210 Week 3 Creating an Argument the question will be frequently asked by people of all ages. The question of whether working remotely or on the job is better has been blighted all over the world for years. In this piece, I’ll try to determine the best place to work if there are only two accessible choices: onsite or remote. Choosing which option is better is determined by an understanding of the nature of the company and also the specific job duties of employees. I’ll try to keep it concise and limit my explanation and conclusion to just four paragraphs.
When deciding whether or not to pursue this question, it is first necessary to determine the principles that guide the discussion. Since I do not work for an employer, the decision of whether it’s better to work at home or remotely would differ based on the individual’s perspective. I will concentrate on the benefits to the employee rather than playing the role of a devil’s advocate. In this situation, for instance, the employer doesn’t wish to spend money on the construction of a huge space to accommodate employees. However, they must constantly monitor their employees to make sure they’re functioning.
ENG 210 Important thning for Exerience
The other, and the most important thing from my personal experience, is that most employees prefer working from home or remotely when it’s feasible. This reduces the burden and cost that comes with working from a cubicle farm and gives employees the flexibility to work from home at their own pace, giving employees a sense of safety and satisfaction in the least in their job as employees. Giving employees this benefit has been demonstrated by research studies which show that it increases productivity as well as an obvious positive impact on employees.
One situation where working onsite is usually better the employer is a call center environment. Being in an office environment is stressful mentally and it’s hard to remain focused. Work from work from home for such positions may not be as efficient than a position in offices. The level of experience and pay may indicate the worth of working from home.
However, In ENG 210 Week 3 I’ve given an example of the reasons why remote workers aren’t as effective in the sense that they are superior to being employed in the traditional office. Remote work is time-saving and also saves money for the employer and the employee. It will build confidence between the two, which would not be accomplished in a micromanagement-based environment or with managers who have to look at the other side of the table.
