Project Description
N 599 Module 8 Nursing Capstone research program is designed to solve problems that arise at nursing schools by adopting modern methods that use technology that facilitates learning, such as electronic health records (EHRs), as well as the application of technology that simulates learning. The subjects we are working on include fundamental competencies, the level of engagement between students and teachers, and the active education procedure (Plack and coworkers, by 2024 ).• In order to reach our goals, we can improve the retention rate of our students and also the levels of satisfaction for LVN students.
Project Rationale
The concept behind the program is a lower percentage of dropouts and graduates from LVN classes. It also affects the way in which it is thought of by the public. It is evident that an education with more advancement as well as modern teaching methods could significantly enhance the education setting. Furthermore, the present health system expects nurses with professional and actual expertise. A different reason to employ this method is to increase the student’s participation in the active use of techniques for learning. Strategies don’t just inspire students but enhance their participation in the process of learning. Personal Expectations

So, the methods and methods that are discussed in this essay aid in improving the standard and effectiveness of the nursing curriculum.
Professional Expectations
From the point of view of an expert and from the perspective of a professional, I expect a number of requirements from this undertaking. The program will not simply alter our course curriculum but also aid in increasing the effectiveness of our classes by ensuring that students learn about this subject. This means that the position will be essential to my professional as well as personal development. Strategies like group work, interactive exercises, as well as teaching methods which require physical involvement of the students have been found to be extremely stimulant to students. The results confirm the fact that our strategy keeps students engaged and focused on their work in order to finish their education.

There is an increase in the scores that are judged by students according to how they are with their schooling. Due to the adoption of technology and techniques for collaboration and learning, the learning process has become easier. Students have stated that because of using the concept of classroom management and classroom management, they’ve seen a rise in student and teacher interactions in the classroom.
