I have created a curriculum vitae (CV) to help highlight my academic and professional achievements so far. I have also created a statement which states one or more of my professional development goals and a statement which suggests how I, one of these professional development goals, can be matched with the focus of the University on social change.
The results of my efforts are below.

Part 2: Professional Development Goals

As a dedicated nurse, I hope to achieve my professional development objectives to enhance my clinical skills, leadership, and innovation in healthcare. The learnt critical care and nurse management certifications will assist me in handling the tricky situations with patients and managing healthcare groups. I would like to complete a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to learn about evidence-based practice and healthcare policy.
This new knowledge will assist in creating new patient outcomes and healthcare delivery solutions. Through professional conferences, workshops, and continuing education, I am devoted to lifelong learning. My practice can be effective by staying abreast of the technologies in nursing and healthcare. My aspirations towards professional growth are fueled by the desire to enhance patient care, establish a supportive and collaborative health care setting, and promote nursing.
Part 2: Alignment with Social Change

My aim is to become like Walden and inspire career professionals and committed scholar-practitioners in order to make good social change (Walden University, 2023). Using critical care and nurse management, I will be able to contribute to solving significant health issues. Walden, as an example, contributes to the world’s good by improving basic care to needy populations. The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) would allow me to implement evidence-based treatment and promote healthcare inequalities mitigation policies, promote social justice, and equal access to great care (Chhetri and Zacarias, 2021).
Incorporating professional development in my lifetime is the reason why I remain the focus of healthcare innovation. This commitment enhances my work and leadership skills and equips me to transform the healthcare system. With my superior education and experience, I can assist the underrepresented groups in getting the advantages of more inclusive healthcare policies and practices.
